About this role
We are looking for a Medical Call Center Specialist to communicate with doctors and healthcare professionals, provide information about our medical education programs and courses, follow up with interested doctors, and support course registration and enrollment.
Work Location: Dokki / Nasr City
Working Days: Sunday–Thursday, 5 days per week
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
### Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; medical background is preferred.
Previous experience in a call center, Telesales, Customer Service, or Medical Sales is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and persuasion skills are welcome.
Flexible, organized, and able to work effectively within a team.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
