Overall Objectives of Job
- Involvement in data analysis and error handling mostly related to legacy systems like Global Genius & OPUS , support financial closing & production processes as well as E2E reconciliations
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams and Agile Release Trains to improve processes, implement changes and leverage processes related to finance systems within AGCS
- Contribute in BAU units by providing analysis & documentation of changes
- Take part on events cadenced by the SAFe Agile framework like stand up meetings and status meetings related to error handling and analysis of transactional data in and from legacy systems and the dataflow to SAP
- Adherence to organizational guidelines and ISMS regulations
Professional experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering / Finance
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience
- Good understanding of Insurance accounting processes and related systems
- Solid experience in data reconciliation, data analysis and data quality checks especially in Global Genius or OPUS
- Solid Stakeholder Management and Customer Facing skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Very high analytical skills
- Good IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge
- Independent and self-organized. High level of perseverance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint ,MS Access
- Fluent English
Desirable skills
- Flare towards process improvements, data quality monitoring and data analysis
- Knowledge in SAP FI or SAP BW e.g. configurations, master data management, incident handling within SAP ERP or SAP BW is a plus
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Project management capabilities / experience would be a plus
