Overall Objectives of Job
- To support AGCS projects by active participation in Requirement gathering, Solution Design, Process designing, Process Re-engineering and UAT phases.
- Deliver quality and consistent services on SAP BW reporting related processes and projects to various departments within AGCS
- This role offers opportunities to undertake process excellence review work and offers flexibility to jobholder to either develop capability on Business analysis, Project Management or Process Improvement side.
- The role may involve travel and be open to being away from Trivandrum for limited periods depending on business requirement.
- To Render proactive contribution in Robotics initiatives within AGCS and Allianz Technology
- To provide weekend support for Quarterly Closing as and when required by the business
- To be part of key initiatives and projects; involvement in AGILE methodologies
- Develop and propose solutions for operational issue.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering / Finance
- At least 4-5 years professional experience
- Sound knowledge in SAP BW and its reporting applications
- Very high analytical and conceptual skills
- Independent and self-starter. High level of perseverance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity (European)
- Ability to work with senior leadership of the company
- Project management capabilities / experience would be a plus
- Languages: English (fluent) and German (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio
- Understanding of insurance accounting topics
