As part of Magna International, Magna Energy Storage Systems Group develops and manufactures innovative fuel tank systems and components for heavy-duty trucks and passenger cars, specializing in plug-in hybrids. Job Responsibilities:

Das Besondere an dieser Position

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Richtlinien des Magna Mitarbeiterhandbuchs sowie der geltenden Sicherheits- und Umweltbestimmungen
- Überwachung und Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenaufträge
- Durchführung der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung
- Prüfung der Kundenaufträge auf Machbarkeit sowie deren Disposition
- Systemseitige Freigabe von Fertigungsaufträgen für Serien- und Nicht-Serien-Teile
- Überwachung der termingerechten Fertigung sowie des fristgerechten Versands an Kunden und Sequenzierer
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Stammdaten in SAP
- Kontrolle und Plausibilisierung der produktionsseitigen Buchungen auf den Fertigungsaufträgen
- Erstellung und Auswertung von Statistiken
- Planung und Steuerung von Kapazitäten und Materialflüssen
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Abstimmung zwischen Kundendisposition, Produktion und Lieferantendisposition

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches/technisches Studium oder entsprechende Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in der Auftragssachbearbeitung sowie der Fertigungssteuerung/ Disposition
- Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und fundierte ERP-Systemkenntnisse in SAP R/3
- Hohe IT-Affinität
- Analytisches und komplexes Denkvermögen sowie ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Selbstständige, zielgerichtete und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und gute Umgangsformen
