Our Global Diabetes Capability Center is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

Within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization we are looking for a Senior Business Process Project Management Specialist. In our team we focus on holistically transforming the customer journey by investing in innovative ways of working from both an organizational and technological perspective. Our team empowers and enables talents to drive processes, services, digital solutions and capabilities to improve our Diabetes customer experience, increase employee satisfaction and reduce our cost-to-serve.

You are defining the impact of a solution, and you ensure that teams have the right knowledge and confidence to transition through the various phases of change.

You will be working in an international team with colleagues located in different countries. This is a hybrid position with office location in Manila, Philippines.

Your tasks may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

•          Evaluation of the current B2B and B2C order-to-delivery and invoicing (OTD&I) business processes to identify opportunities for improvements and standardization

•          Conducting research on emerging trends and technologies for potential implementation

•          Design and implement strategies that align with the organization's goals

•          Manage projects from initiation through delivery

•          Implement process governance, process maps, quality documentation and continuous improvements for the OTD&I processes

•          Be a change management partner for stakeholders during transitions and projects

Required Knowledge and Experience:

•          Exceptional communication and relational skills, both written and verbal, to a variety of audiences.

•          Strong business, B2B and B2C process acumen.

•          Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

•          Strong time, project and change management skills.

•          Process standardization, process mapping and continuous improvement experience

•          Bachelor’s degree

•          Fluent in English

It is beneficial if the Senior Business Process (BP) Project Management Specialist would have the following experience:

- S4 Hana, SAP Centerpiece, Salesforce and/or CRM (ICE)
- (Agile) Project Management (Scrum)
- Knowledge of the (Diabetes) medical device industry or pharma
