About You and This Role

As a Commercial Excellence Manager , based in Navi Mumbai, India , you will support sales and demand planning activities across the EMEAI and Asia Pacific regions , working closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams. You will play a critical role in driving demand forecast accuracy, consumption analysis, and allocation management while providing solutions to operational challenges that impact supply performance.

In this role, you will leverage data, systems, and cross-functional partnerships to improve business processes, support digital transformation initiatives, and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. You will also contribute to commercial excellence programs, customer engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational effectiveness across the business.

You will serve as a key liaison across functions and regions, helping to align commercial and supply chain priorities, optimize planning processes, and drive sustainable business results through effective collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

- Consolidate demand inputs from Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts
- Manage demand planning activities in OMP, monitor forecast accuracy, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze consumption trends, identify demand gaps, and partner with Sales and Supply Chain teams to develop mitigation plans
- Support allocation management processes and resolve operational challenges related to orders, shipments, inventory, and product supply across regions
- Facilitate Demand Review and Sales & Operations Execution meetings while preparing reports, presentations, and business insights for key stakeholders
- Support commercial excellence initiatives including opportunity management, customer surveys, CRM administration, data governance, and digital adoption programs

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Integrated Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Business Planning, or a related discipline
- Experience working within cross-functional and global business environments
- Knowledge of demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and commercial operations processes
- Experience utilizing enterprise systems and business planning tools to support operational decision-making
- Understanding of integrated planning and operational processes within a complex business environment

Your Skills

- Demand forecasting, consumption analysis, and business analytics Planning systems expertise, including OMP and SAP ECC
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across regional and global teams
- CRM and commercial operations experience, including Dynamics and customer relationship management processes
- Data analysis, reporting, and business presentation development
- Continuous improvement methodologies and operational problem-solving skills

Additional Notes

- Responsibilities include supporting digital ordering implementation, lead and opportunity management, customer surveys, digital adoption initiatives, and allocation management processes
- The successful candidate will work extensively with systems and tools including OMP, SAP ECC, Digital Order Control, Dynamics, CRM, My Assignment, L&OM, DOW.com, and business reporting platforms
- The role serves as a key liaison between regional Integrated Supply Chain teams and Customer Service teams to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills are essential to effectively partner with stakeholders across regions, functions, and cultures
- A proactive, accountable, and hands-on approach with a focus on delivering business results and driving continuous improvement is critical for success in this role
