Job Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze product features and build functional and system knowledge
- Perform manual and automated testing, including test planning, execution and validation
- Develop and maintain automation scripts/frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Support system preparation for different system variants prior to test execution.
- Identify, analyze, and fix infrastructure-related issues impacting test execution environments.
- Ensure stability and readiness of test environments and configurations.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for the team on new features, updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables and timely issue resolution.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech
Work Experience
Experience: 3 – 7 years in Manual testing of SW products (experience in only web-based testing is not preferred). Exposure to test automation concepts and programing would be an advantage.
Skill Sets:
Should have Good experience in,
- Manual testing, including testing concepts, techniques, and methodologies
- Test Management tool - Quality Center or similar.
- Defect Management Process and Defect Tracking tool – TFS, Agile methodology
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude, ownership qualities and result-oriented culture
- Experience with complex system environments (preferably medical devices)
- Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure related issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Strong practical application of AI tools to improve testing efficiency, test documentation, test coverage, automation, and problem-solving
- Exposure to programming would be an added advantage (C#, Selenium, Python, or equivalent)
