Supply Chain Manager - Global Logistics

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading the new region deployment and optimizing global reverse logistics, RMA workflows, and supply chain processes. You will drive initiatives to standardize operations, improve process transparency, and enhance stakeholder collaboration across regions. Your expertise will support operational stability, strategic process enhancements, and risk management, ensuring efficient and compliant supply chain activities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities
- Drive the new regions deployment from 0 to 1. Including driving service providers RFQ from operation perspective, managing service readiness and launching.
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of end-to-end RMA and VR processes across Malaysia IDCs, ensuring seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
- Lead self-warranty, retrofit, refurbishment and reverse logistics process.
- Influence the hardware replacement cadence. Apply insights and knowledge of constraints in launching new hardware in Data Centers.
- Drive process standardization and documentation to improve transparency, compliance, and repeatability of supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including logistics, procurement, quality, and finance - to optimize reverse logistics, spare parts management, and inventory reconciliation.
- Develop and refine SOPs, guidelines, and control points, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics related to return merchandise, inventory, performance, providing actionable insights.
- Lead and participate in process improvement projects, system integration efforts, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, alignment, and training to ensure standards and best practices are adhered to across regions.
- Support risk management activities by identifying operational gaps and recommending mitigations.

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Proven experience in supply chain operations or related process management in a global environment.
- Experience in Reverse Logistics, preferably in decommissioning, retrofit and refurbishment.
- Possess certain knowledge of data center.
- Experience with process documentation, SOP development, and system integration.
- Ability to lead initiatives from planning through execution, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with supply chain management tools and systems (e.g., IMS, SCM systems).
