Senior Project Manager

About The Role:

As a Senior Salesforce Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce transformation programs for some of Australia's leading organisations. You'll oversee complex multi-stream initiatives, lead cross-functional delivery teams, manage executive stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

Program & Project Leadership

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.
- Establish project governance frameworks, delivery plans, reporting, and risk management processes.
- Manage multiple project workstreams, dependencies, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure successful delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence across engagements.

Executive Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary delivery partner for senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Lead steering committee meetings, governance forums, and executive reporting activities.
- Manage expectations across business and technology stakeholders.
- Build trusted client relationships that support long-term partnership growth.

Commercial & Financial Management:

- Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, margin, and resource management.
- Manage project risks, contractual obligations, and delivery governance requirements.
- Ensure projects operate within approved commercial and compliance frameworks.
- Drive profitability while maintaining exceptional client outcomes.

Presales & Practice Development:

- Partner with sales and solution teams during pursuit, proposal, and planning activities.
- Shape delivery models and implementation approaches for Salesforce programs.
- Contribute to capability development, mentoring, and practice growth initiatives.
- Support thought leadership, industry engagement, and continuous improvement activities.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor project managers, consultants, architects, and delivery teams.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-focused culture.
- Provide leadership during critical project escalations and complex delivery challenges.

What We're Looking For:

- 8+ years' experience in IT project management within consulting, systems integration, or professional services environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale Salesforce programs and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce implementation methodologies and ecosystem delivery models.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across consulting, functional, technical, testing, and change streams.
- Expertise in project governance, financial management, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Experience working with Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
- Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project P&L responsibilities.
- Passion for mentoring teams and driving delivery excellence.
