This is a Senior Manager opportunity in Global Audit & Assurance, based in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney, focused on supporting and executing regional change and adoption activities for strategic digital change initiatives across participating firms.

What will your typical day look like?

Under the direction of the Regional Change & Adoption Director, you will support the execution of regional change and adoption activities for strategic digital change initiatives across participating firms in the AP region. This includes activation planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, change agent networks, support, and adoption tracking to help embed change effectively across firms.

You will execute and coordinate rollout activities for global solutions, practices, and processes, working closely with Global, regional, and participating firm teams. A key part of the role is partnering with participating firms to support the development and execution of local change and adoption plans, reinforcing global expectations while enabling practical local implementation.

The role also involves tracking adoption progress, gathering structured feedback from participating firms, identifying risks and barriers to adoption, and escalating insights and recommendations to the Regional Change & Adoption Director. Alongside this, you will prepare adoption insights, materials, and status updates to support Global and regional governance, leadership discussions, and continuous improvement, while building strong working relationships across Global, regional, and local stakeholders to support coordinated execution and issue resolution.

About the team

Global Audit & Assurance supports strategic digital change initiatives that shape how engagements are delivered across the Deloitte network. The Change & Adoption team works across global, regional, and participating firm environments to help new solutions, methodologies, and processes be activated, adopted, and sustained in practice.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

- Appropriate local accounting, auditing, or assurance qualifications

- At least 8 years of experience in A&A or closely related roles

- Strong understanding of Deloitte A&A methodology and the Deloitte Way of executing services across the network

- Clear understanding of the execution impacts of technology, methodology, and operating model changes on A&A delivery and practitioner experience

- Demonstrated ability to operate at a detailed execution level, engaging directly in rollout, enablement, and delivery of change and adoption activities

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and resolve execution challenges across Global, Regional, and participating firm environments
