About this role
- Plan and control daily production to achieve targets and maintain the required production rates for 100, 200, and 325 mesh products.
- Manage raw materials and consumables to ensure sufficient supply and continuous production.
- Monitor and control product quality to meet customer requirements and company standards.
- Control production efficiency and costs, including production capacity, labor, and consumables, while maintaining process losses below 4%.
- Supervise subordinates and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Plan and conduct employee training to develop the knowledge and skills required for effective job performance.
- Ensure workplace safety, prevent and minimize accidents, and reduce employee absenteeism and tardiness.
- Ensure production processes comply with GHP, HACCP, and ISO 9001 standards, and monitor product compliance with system requirements.
- Review and verify GMP-related documents and participate as a committee member in GMP system audits.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize production, manpower, and production planning issues, and propose solutions and improvement plans to management.
