About this role
Operate production equipment as per approved SOPs and instructions.
Perform manufacturing activities according to the approved Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
Follow instructions for dispensing, sifting, blending, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, or other assigned manufacturing operations.
Check equipment status, cleanliness, and line clearance before starting operations.
Ensure correct identification and status of materials before use.
Monitor equipment and process parameters during production and immediately report abnormalities.
Record process observations and activities accurately in BMR, logbooks, and equipment records.
Maintain proper material and batch traceability.
Follow GMP, SOP, GDP, safety, and hygiene requirements at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area and equipment.
Perform equipment cleaning and basic operational checks as per SOP.
Assist in equipment changeover and setup activities.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Report equipment breakdowns, process deviations, material discrepancies, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
Follow proper gowning and personal hygiene practices in the production area.
Prevent cross-contamination and mix-ups by following approved procedures.
Support production activities during batch changeover and cleaning.
Follow all applicable EHS and occupational safety requirements.
