- This position is a 1 year graduate role starting early September 2027
Purpose and Scope
To work with the Manufacturing Operations (Man Ops) team and primarily support Man Ops activities.
The graduate will gain insight and experience into Man Ops activities and in the delivery of related projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Manufacturing department with batch reviews (both MES system and paper based) and CIR reviews and assist in release of finished batches from site.
- Update Value Stream Metrics and represent manufacturing at Value Stream meetings.
- Monitor batch record errors each month through Pareto charts and liaise with production teams in identifying improvements to the batch records in order to reduce the opportunity of error.
- Ensure all periodic reviews are performed within their due dates and liaise with document owners within Production, Warehouse and Environmental Operations to manage this activity.
- Support the Manufacturing department with updates to SOP’s, Work Instructions, Forms and Risk Assessments.
- Participate in the management and closure of TrackWise records within the department through active involvement in Non-conformance investigations and identification of appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the site OpEx program and participate in OpEx initiatives. Actively identify improvement ideas, identify waste elimination opportunities and where possible implement, and monitor the change.
- Conduct regular housekeeping inspections within the Manufacturing unit and track the closure of all follow-up actions with the responsible team leader.
- Support the Manufacturing department during self-inspection audits and coordinate the closure of all follow-up activities in a timely manner.
- Support Standard Work projects active within the Manufacturing department.
- Support the Manufacturing activities in P2/P3 Plants
Essential Qualifications
- Must have finished a relevant Engineering/ Science Bachelor Degree or equivalent in time for a September 2027 start date
