## About the role

As an Intern Supply Services Logistics, based at our Warehouse in Mira (VE), you will play an active role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a highly automated logistics environment, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes. Working closely with the Logistics Team, you will contribute to both operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, suppliers and warehouse partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a solid understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics execution and cross-functional collaboration within an international business environment.

Your responsibilities

- Support the daily management and monitoring of inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring smooth execution of logistics activities and maintaining inventory accuracy across assigned warehouse areas.

- Perform inventory controls, stock reconciliations and service KPI monitoring, contributing to operational performance and continuous service improvement.

- Analyze logistics processes, operational data and costs, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and warehouse performance while supporting KPI and budget reporting.

- Support assigned improvement projects, including cross-functional initiatives involving Supply Chain, Customer Service, Planning and other business functions.

- Assist with returns management, customs clearance activities, dangerous goods handling and interactions with suppliers to ensure seamless logistics execution.

- Support the review and implementation of logistics procedures, ensuring compliance with Company standards, policies and operational requirements.

- Contribute to safety, maintenance and warehouse governance activities, while participating in daily operational reviews and issue-resolution processes within an international Supply Chain environment.

The monthly salary for this position is €1000 gross.

The experience we're looking for

- MSc degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Management Engineering), Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Previous international exposure through study or work experiences (e.g. Erasmus, exchange programmes, internships abroad) is considered a strong plus.

- Strong interest in Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse Operations, with the desire to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a data-driven approach.

- Proactive and curious attitude, with the willingness to learn quickly, take ownership and drive results.

- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage changing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic business environment.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Fluent Italian (mandatory) and fluent English (minimum B2 level).
