About this role
Ascenza is the crop Protection branch, a benchmark independent player in the off-patented South-European, Brazilian and Mexican markets, with a leading position in Iberia.
Mission:
To carry out the necessary activities in terms of factory maintenance, ensuring compliance with established procedures and good maintenance practices.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment, according to defined procedures and technical standards
- Ensure and monitor the planning of work orders
- Ensure compliance with established internal procedures and standards
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the collection and analysis of defined indicators
- Apply and promote good maintenance practices
- Consciously implement recommendations regarding Safety, Environment, and Quality conveyed in the initial briefings of the workday
- Actively collaborate with management in identifying and reporting deviations from the planned schedule with regard to Safety, Environment, and Quality
The talent we are looking for:
- 9th grade education and/or relevant experience in the area
- Training in electrical, electronic, and/or automation
- Knowledge in the ATEX area
- Experience in industrial electrical and automation (Applicable to the Electrician specialty)
- Experience in industrial maintenance and low-voltage (LV) electrical installations (Applicable to the specialty of...). Electrician)
- Availability for rotating shifts
