Manufacturing Operations Leadership

- Lead daily CMP/WET manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, productivity, cycle time, WIP, and factory output targets.
- Own operational performance and ensure delivery commitments are consistently achieved through effective production execution, equipment readiness, WIP control, and line management .
- Establish strategies to maintain CMP/WET line balance , optimize factory pacing, manage tool constraints, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Drive rapid response and recovery actions for equipment downtime, process excursions, chemical-related constraints, capacity gaps, and business-critical events .
- Strengthen collaboration between Production, Equipment, Process, and Facilities teams to ensure stable manufacturing execution and timely recovery.

Capacity and Operational Excellence

- Develop and execute CMP/WET capacity strategies that support short-term production requirements, technology ramp, and long-term business growth.
- Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and systematically improve equipment utilization, availability, throughput, and cycle time .
- Establish effective WIP management strategies to optimize tool loading, queue time, dispatching, and production flow across CMP/WET operations.
- Lead continuous improvement programs focused on productivity enhancement, tool efficiency, cost reduction, waste elimination, and operational excellence .
- Utilize manufacturing data, equipment performance indicators, and predictive analytics to identify opportunities and proactively optimize factory performance.
- Drive sustainable solutions to recurring operational constraints through structured problem solving and cross-functional improvement activities.

AI and Digital Manufacturing

- Champion the adoption of AI-Augmented and AI-Supported solutions , including machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics, to improve CMP/WET manufacturing decision-making and operational performance.
- Drive digital manufacturing initiatives including capacity forecasting, WIP optimization, bottleneck prediction, equipment performance prediction, anomaly detection, and smart dispatch solutions .
- Identify and scale AI-Augmented manufacturing use cases that improve equipment utilization, cycle time, productivity, and operational responsiveness.
- Partner with Smart Manufacturing, Automation, Equipment, Process, and Data Science teams to develop scalable Agentic AI and Agentic Solutions for intelligent workflow automation, proactive issue identification, and faster problem resolution.
- Leverage AI-Supported insights and predictive analytics to transition manufacturing management from reactive response toward proactive and predictive operations.
- Foster a data-driven and AI-enabled culture that empowers teams to effectively utilize real-time data, advanced analytics, and Agentic AI capabilities to improve business outcomes.

People Leadership and Talent Development

- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing CMP/WET Production team through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning.
- Create an environment that promotes ownership, accountability, engagement, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational discipline .
- Strengthen team capability in manufacturing fundamentals, data analytics, structured problem solving, and AI-Augmented ways of working .
- Develop future manufacturing leaders and strengthen organizational capability through talent development and succession programs.
- Empower frontline leaders and team members to proactively identify production risks, escalate issues, and drive solutions.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Collaborate closely with Process, Equipment, Facilities, Quality, Planning, Automation, Smart Manufacturing, and Supply Chain organizations to achieve CMP/WET operational and business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting capacity expansion, production ramp, technology transfers, new product introduction, equipment installation/qualification, and strategic manufacturing programs .
- Drive alignment across Production, Equipment, and Process teams to resolve tool constraints, process excursions, capacity gaps, and manufacturing bottlenecks .
- Communicate operational performance, key risks, capacity constraints, recovery plans, and strategic priorities effectively to senior leadership.
- Establish strong partnerships and clear ownership across functions to enable rapid decision-making and execution during critical manufacturing events.
