Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner with 4–6 years of experience in
Agile product development. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business
stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to define product requirements,
prioritize the backlog, and ensure successful delivery of business value. The Product
Owner will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation
while driving product vision and execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with
business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
• Work closely with development teams during sprint planning, backlog
refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate
them into product requirements.
• Ensure stories are ready for development and provide clarifications throughout
the sprint.
• Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and approve user stories.
• Participate in release planning and support product launches.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous
improvement.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and work with teams to resolve them.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product demonstrations.
• Drive Agile best practices and promote customer-centric product development.

Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related
product role.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs using Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or
similar tools.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner
(PSPO), or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
• Experience in cloud-based products (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with data-driven decision making and product analytics.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Exposure to enterprise applications or digital products.
