Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new-to-bank customers to grow the Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Cross-sell a comprehensive range of retail banking products, including wealth management, insurance, and loan products, to meet established targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with bank standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adhere strictly to all internal policies, operational risk guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards during daily transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting performance targets.
- Sound knowledge of retail banking products, financial regulations, and compliance procedures.
