Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee daily branch operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
- Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal audit standards, and risk management policies.
- Manage operational risk, conduct regular control self-assessments, and resolve audit findings promptly.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the branch service team to foster a high-performance culture and support career progression.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize branch processes and promote digital banking adoption.
- Manage and resolve complex customer feedback and escalations in a professional manner.

Requirements

- Significant experience in branch operations and customer service management within consumer banking.
- Deep understanding of retail banking products, operational risk, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities, with a track record of building cohesive teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and drive digital transformation initiatives within the branch.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
