Job Description
The selected candidate will join the Group Financial Office – Planning & Control Division and will support the controlling activities working closely with both finance and business stakeholders.
The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in management control processes, financial planning and business performance analysis, while supporting the team in day-to-day controlling activities.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly management closing activities and related reporting;
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, collecting and consolidating financial information;
- Support variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast figures;
- Collaborate with Accounting and business functions in monitoring operating costs and expenditures;
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, presentations and business reviews;
- Support the analysis of financial and operational KPIs to monitor business performance;
- Contribute to cost analysis activities and the identification of potential efficiency opportunities;
- Participate in ad hoc analyses and projects related to the business perimeter.
Requirements
- Degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields;
- Strong interest in Controlling, Finance and Business Analysis;
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial principles;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Tagetik is considered a plus;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken;
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Contract Type : 6-months Internship (Curricular or Extracurricular)
Working Hours : Full-time
Applicable National Collective Labor Agreement : Tessile, Abbigliamento, Moda
Internship Allowance : €600,00
