What You'll Do

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join BCG’s Global Compliance team.

This role is focused on managing and enabling BCG's Global Risk & Compliance Network (the R&C Node Network) an influential community of Managing Director & Partners (MDPs) who help to:

- Build risk awareness across the firm
- Drive early alignment on risk appetite and emerging issues
- Strengthen a culture of sound judgment, timely escalation, and effective decision making

As the connective force behind this network, you will help translate global risk and compliance priorities into coordinated action, ensuring senior leaders remain informed, aligned, and engaged across regions and business areas.

Role Impact

You will have a direct impact on BCG's global risk and compliance agenda by enabling one of the firm's most influential leadership networks to operate effectively. Through your work, you will help strengthen decision-making, drive accountability, and embed a strong risk

Stakeholder Engagement

- Build trusted relationships across a diverse and senior stakeholder group, becoming a go-to partner for coordination and execution
- Partner closely with Global Risk & Compliance Subject Matter Experts and Regional Compliance teams
- Enable the Global R&C MDP Network to operate at its best, supporting effective prioritization, decision-making, and follow-through

WHAT YOU’LL DO

R&C Network & Programme Management

- Drive the day-to-day management and evolution of the Global R&C MDP Network, fostering strong connectivity, engagement, and alignment across regions and practice areas
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of global forums, leadership meetings, and training sessions, including agenda development, stakeholder management, logistics, and follow-up actions
- Develop and deliver compelling communications and materials that support engagement and drive awareness across the network
- Coordinate the rollout of global Risk & Compliance priorities, ensuring key messages, expectations, and actions are clearly understood and embedded
- Monitor engagement, track actions and outcomes, and surface key insights to drive accountability, visibility, and impact across the network

Compliance Projects

- Support the delivery of key Compliance initiatives and strategic projects, coordinating workstreams and driving execution against priorities
- Prepare high-quality materials, updates, and communications for senior stakeholders, translating complex topics into clear and actionable messages
- Help maintain effective governance, tracking decisions, actions, and outcomes to ensure visibility, accountability, and follow-through
- Support the management of compliance queries on specific risk matters, such as conflicts of interest, third parties, and anti-bribery and corruption (ABC),

What You'll Bring

- A bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in programme coordination, operations, or risk/compliance within a professional services or similarly fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering multi-stakeholder projects or programmes, ideally with global or cross-functional exposure
- Experience working in environments with senior stakeholders, with exposure to preparing materials or coordinating inputs for leadership forums
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Trello, or Tableau/Power BI is a plus
- Exposure to risk, compliance, or governance topics is beneficial but not essential
- Experience working with internal systems, tools, or shared platforms (e.g. intranet/SharePoint sites, distribution lists, shared inboxes)
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and comfort handling sensitive information
- A genuine intellectual curiosity to understand BCG’s scope of activity in the market
