Then come and join our global team as Production Process Planner (f/m/d) to help shape the future of magnetic resonance imaging and make a sustainable contribution to tomorrow’s healthcare through innovative assembly and testing processes as well as the identification of automation potential.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This Position is to be filled in Erlangen (ERL R), Germany.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- You support the conception, further development and support of assembly, testing and validation processes in magnet integration for MR and assist in the creation and maintenance of the associated manufacturing and test documentation.
- You support the timely provision of assembly and testing workstations and contribute to an efficient and stable production environment.
- You review technical documentation and design specifications in close coordination with Development and Production for their feasibility and support necessary optimizations.
- You conduct technical clarifications with internal and external suppliers and contribute to supplier evaluations.
- You support the continuous improvement of processes and help to further develop standards, quality and efficiency in manufacturing in a sustainable manner.
- You support projects for the further development, standardization, digitalization and automation of testing and manufacturing technologies and contribute to the introduction of innovative solutions.
- You collaborate with SCM colleagues at international locations and support the analysis and implementation of innovation potential in industrial manufacturing.

Your qualifications and experience:

- You hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical or information technology-related field of study.
- You have initial practical experience in a production environment as well as in the planning and implementation of innovative technical projects, ideally with an AI-related focus.
- Ideally, you have initial knowledge of test and process planning as well as the application of modern automation solutions, particularly in the field of human-machine collaboration.
- You are familiar with basic project management methods and tools in a Lean Production environment.
- You have basic knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: C#, C++, MS VBA or LabVIEW.
- You are interested in digital manufacturing, production and SCM processes, including automated reporting, and have basic knowledge of SAP.
