We seek an experienced Platform Engineer (Principal / Lead) to join the Platform Engineering Team at our Bengaluru office, to architect and build secure, scalable, multi-tenant platform services and the underlying AI infrastructure that powers our core banking and financial solutions / platforms.
About AuraCrew AuraCrew is an AI-native platform for building, governing and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows (“SmartFlows”) for banks and insurers — with model-risk and regulatory governance built into the product.
The Role The full stack of AuraCrew: NestJS / PostgreSQL services, the React / TypeScript app, and the AWS / VPC deployment, security and observability.
What You'll Own AuraCrew’s AI core on AWS Bedrock / AgentCore: agent authoring and runtime, RAG / knowledge, and the AI Shield / Eval Center / oversight layers.
What You'll Do
- Build and harden multi-tenant services (agents, SmartFlows, governance, versioning) across NestJS + PostgreSQL; own the data model, migrations and performance.
- Own the VPC deployment story: CloudFormation stacks into customers’ AWS accounts, IAM / KMS / Secrets Manager, zero-config bank-grade security.
- Run the AI-systems infrastructure the product depends on: agent runtimes (AgentCore), vector / RAG stores, model bindings, the runtime ↔ data-plane bridge, OpenTelemetry tracing.
- Raise the engineering bar — observability, CI/CD, release & versioning, production edit policies, incident readiness.
- Ship whole slices across backend and React, AI-amplified.

What You'll Bring
- 8+ years building production software; 3+ years running AI-systems infrastructure in production (agent runtimes, LLM serving, RAG / vector, evaluation pipelines) at real scale.
- Deep TypeScript / Node (NestJS or equivalent) + PostgreSQL; solid React / TypeScript.
- Deep AWS: VPC, IAM, KMS / Secrets Manager, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation / IaC; security-first instincts.
- A track record of productionizing a multi-tenant platform (not just apps): migrations, performance, hardening, on-call.

Bonus Bedrock / AgentCore; multi-account / VPC SaaS delivered into regulated enterprises; strong Python.
