Working alongside Copilot Specialists (SSPs), Customer Success, Account Team, partners, and engineering teams, you lead technical AI transformation engagements and help customers realize the full value of AI for Work. You will build trusted relationships with business and technical decision makers, lead envisioning workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements, and showcase how Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agents improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes. You will help customers accelerate AI adoption, secure technical decisions, and accelerate usage and value realization across the Microsoft ecosystem. Responsibilities <ul type="disc"><li>Independently lead technical demos, pilots, and envisioning sessions for Copilot and AI Agents.</li><li>Demonstrate Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and agent capabilities aligned to customer business priorities.</li><li>Position Microsoft Copilot as the enterprise AI entry point and foundation for AI transformation.</li><li>Partner with Customer Success and partners to establish adoption, usage, and value realization plans.</li><li>Remove technical blockers and support competitive deals by highlighting Microsoft’s differentiation.</li><li>Maintain 100% deal hygiene and partner attach for all qualified opportunities.</li><li>Achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications and share deal insights quarterly.</li></ul> Qualifications Required Qualifications (RQs)<ul><li>Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (PQs)<ul><li>8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.</li><li>6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.</li><li>Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).</li></ul> This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. <hr> Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
