Then come and join our global team as Senior Financial Analyst (f/m/d) and own the forecasting and budgeting process at Business Area level.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- You coordinate and continuously improve closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring consistent, timely, and reliable financial planning and reporting.
- You analyze and evaluate business performance based on key metrics such as order intake, revenue, functional costs, and profitability. Based on your analyses, you derive insights and recommendations to support management decision-making. You independently prepare reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for performance dialogues, budget reviews, and other management forums.
- You independently address complex financial challenges and ad hoc management requests, develop well-founded recommendations, and present results in a clear and appropriate manner.
- You work closely with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams, advising management and business leaders on complex financial matters and business-critical decisions.
- You identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and actively drive the implementation of digital solutions and AI-enabled applications to further advance the finance function.

Your qualifications and experience:

- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a comparable field.
- You bring many years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within an international business environment.
- You have extensive experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, combined with a strong understanding of complex business and financial processes.
- You are skilled at translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and creating decision papers and management presentations tailored to different audiences.
- You have experience driving process improvement initiatives and implementing digital solutions. You are interested in leveraging modern technologies, particularly in the areas of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
- You possess advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant controlling and reporting tools.

- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and develop practical, well-founded solutions based on complex information and data.
- You communicate confidently with business functions, management teams, and international stakeholders. You explain complex financial matters in a clear, concise, and audience-focused manner and effectively leverage your excellent German and English language skills in a global environment.
- You take ownership, set priorities independently, and drive initiatives through implementation with a strong sense of accountability and results orientation.
- You bring people together, build trust across functions and cultures, and develop sustainable solutions that support the company's long-term success.
