Program Manager III, Supply Chain Operations, Cloud Networking

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

This role is part of a critical Google Global Infrastructure function that owns the end-to-end supply of materials and services to build, sustain and scale Google’s network. This team manages the materials supply chain requirements needed to support Google's production network and to meet Google's product area and enterprise customer needs.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 5 years of experience in program or project management.

- Experience with supply chain management operations.

- Experience in demand planning and supply planning.

Preferred qualifications:

- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

- Experience in reverse supply chain operations.

- Experience in warehouse operations and logistics.

- Lead spares planning for hardware, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), optics, and New Product Introductions (NPI) to support critical network infrastructure.

- Execute daily operational planning tasks, including Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, Purchase Order (PO) placements, materials gating analysis, and optimal stock level reviews.

- Oversee global spares distribution utilizing automated systems and exception-based manual processes, while driving ongoing capacity forecasting.

- Partner cross-functionally with Finance and global supply partners to manage quarterly inventory optimization reviews, agreement renewals, and true-ups.

- Manage daily third-party logistics (3PL) operations, resolve inventory discrepancies, and drive continuous process improvements and tool development for the spares planning team.
