Ductwork Installers - NVQ Level 2 / CSCS Blue Card & NVQ Level 3 / CSCS Gold Card

## Discover your exciting role

We are looking for experienced Ductwork Installers holding NVQ Level 2 with a CSCS Blue Card or NVQ Level 3 with a CSCS Gold Card to support projects across the business. Roles are aligned to national agreement contracts, including major framework and infrastructure projects, with competitive rates, paid holiday, pension contributions, and travel support where applicable.

Based in Bury, the business is recognised for delivering specialist HVAC, high-integrity ductwork, smoke ventilation, and safety-critical ventilation systems across complex sectors including energy, defence, transport, and advanced infrastructure.

NAECI National Agreement Contracts – North London Heat and Power

- Hourly rate: Grade 4 (NVQ Level 2) £22.50 / Grade 5 (NVQ Level 3) £23.45
- £2.79 per hour bonus based on safety, attendance, and performance
- Overtime: Monday to Friday and the first 4 hours on Saturday paid at £31.50 to £32.83 per hour, depending on grade.
- Sunday hours paid at £40.50 to £42.21 per hour, depending on grade.
- Local candidates: daily travel expenses and daily travel allowance available.
- Travelling candidates: weekly tax-free accommodation allowance of £373.73
- Travelling candidates: 12 paid weekend leaves each year; travel time and expenses covered for this period.
- Paid tea break
- 33 days paid holiday

- Required qualifications: NVQ Level 2 (CSCS Blue Card) or NVQ Level 3 (CSCS Gold Card).
- Contract types: NAECI National Agreement.
- Preferred qualifications: CCNSG, IPAF, Manual Handling, PASMA, Abrasive Wheels, Harness Awareness.

Following successful completion of probation, employees will have the opportunity to discuss progression within the business, including enrolment onto NVQ Level 3 where suitable.
