- Consolidate channel plans into a coherent, integrated marketing approach, ensuring that each channel plays a clear role in the overall campaign journey.
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, budgets and resource requirements.
- Coordinate campaign contributors across Marketing and the wider business, including creative teams, copywriters, channel owners, media teams and external agencies.
- Ensure that campaign messaging and creative expression are consistent, relevant to partners and aligned with Booking.com’s brand, tone of voice and visual identity.
- Manage delivery with a high level of organisation and attention to detail, ensuring that campaigns launch on time, within budget and to the required standard.
Build alignment and enable effective delivery
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, brief owners and teams responsible for executing campaign activity.
- Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring that stakeholders understand decisions, responsibilities, progress and risks.
- Navigate complex stakeholder, governance and approval processes while maintaining momentum and constructive collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, remove barriers and strengthen the processes that support effective campaign delivery.
Measure impact and turn learning into action
- Define measurement approaches that connect campaign objectives to meaningful brand, behavioural, engagement and commercial KPIs.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy, optimize activity and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Analyse and communicate results clearly, providing relevant and timely insights to help teams and leaders make informed decisions.
- Capture learnings and apply them to improve future campaigns, programmes and ways of working.
Role Qualifications and Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant marketing role, ideally within a global organisation or international business. B2B experience is a plus but not required.
