About the Role
As a Full-Stack Engineer I, you will build and ship features across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and AI-powered workflows. Working closely with senior engineers and technical leads, you will own features end to end, from requirements through development, testing, and delivery.

What You'll Work On

- Develop frontend and backend components for modern web applications
- Build APIs and integrations with enterprise systems and third-party services
- Work with React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Integrate applications with LLM APIs and AI services
- Contribute to AI Agents and agent-based workflows
- Debug issues across frontend, backend, API, and database layers
- Write tests and build reliable, maintainable software
- Contribute to CI/CD and production deployments with guidance from senior engineers
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and the full development lifecycle

Skills You'll Need to Bring

- Solid engineering fundamentals: You have 1–2 years of engineering experience and a solid foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, and software development. You take a practical, customer-minded approach to solving problems.
- Thoughtful problem-solving: You start by understanding the problem and its context before jumping into implementation. You can break down complex problems into clear solutions, consider edge cases and trade-offs, and understand how your work affects users and the business.

You are pragmatic about technology choices and focus on reliable, maintainable software. You stay current with tools such as Cursor and Claude Code and use AI-assisted development thoughtfully.

Technical Skills – Must Have

- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React
- Node.js / Express.js
- PostgreSQL / MongoDB and basic database concepts
- REST APIs and API integration
- Git and version control
- Software development, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting fundamentals

Skills – Good to Have

- Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks
- Python
- Docker and basic containerization
- Redis, Kafka
- AWS, Azure, or GCP
- CI/CD and deployment workflows
- Experience integrating applications with LLM APIs or AI services
- Understanding of AI Agents and agent-based workflows
- Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, or other AI-assisted coding tools
- Basic understanding of application security and PII

We don't expect deep AI expertise for every engineering role, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to explore and use AI in your work. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work with AI-powered products, LLM APIs, and AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code. We value engineers who use AI to learn faster, solve problems, improve productivity, and build better software.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of professional software development experience.
- Ability to understand requirements and convert them into working, tested software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, seek feedback, and work with senior engineers.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
