Your Role In your role as Sourcing Manager, you will connect our pharma production sites with our global supplier network to drive key business goals. You will build and execute strategic sourcing plans for production materials, focusing on quality, cost, supply security, sustainability, and innovation. Managing the full sourcing lifecycle, you will evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices and contracts, and mitigate risk. Working closely with cross-functional teams and managing remote stakeholders across a matrix organization, you will also participate in global sourcing initiatives. Who You Are - 5+ years of procurement experience in production materials; Biotech or Healthcare industry background is preferred. - Strong strategic sourcing expertise, including supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and contract management. - Proven ability to engage with senior leadership, manage remote stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across matrix teams. - Demonstrated experience using data-driven insights and risk assessment to drive sourcing decisions. - Highly motivated and results-driven professional dedicated to delivering strong business outcomes. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of French is an asset
