Your Role:

The Supply Chain Supervisor will lead a team of four supply chain professionals, including two planners and two buyers. This role oversees daily planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, and material availability activities that support Good Manufacturing Practice operations. You will ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and on time while maintaining compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations. You will also contribute to resource planning, policy improvement, cross-functional decision-making, team development, and continuous improvement. Job duties include:

- Supervise daily planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory control to ensure availability of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
- Lead the team’s use and maintenance of SAP and MRP systems to execute timely purchase and process orders for GMP and non-GMP materials.
- Partner with Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Production, and Commercial teams to align supply with demand via S&OP and production planning meetings.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and trends to resolve operational issues, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize lead times.
- Manage team performance, coaching, talent selection, and daily communications while fostering strong employee relations.
- Ensure team members complete required training and maintain operational readiness to support daily business needs.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and utilize electronic quality management systems (eQMS) for change control, deviations, and CAPAs.
- Enforce safety and regulatory standards, representing the department during internal/external audits, customer visits, and site tours.
- Serve as supply chain SME for new product introductions (NPI), special projects, and site-wide initiatives.
- Address internal and external inquiries professionally while supporting general departmental responsibilities as assigned.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or Science discipline
- 3+ years of supply chain experience across planning, scheduling, procurement, or inventory control.
- 2 + years of supervisory or team leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Communicate clearly and leverage data analytics to effectively balance competing business priorities.
- Build strong, cross-functional partnerships while fostering an inclusive, highly collaborative team environment.
- Drive operational excellence and process optimization while upholding strict regulatory compliance.
- 1+ years of experience in a contract manufacturing (CMO/CDMO) or make-to-order (MTO) production environment.
- 2 + years of experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
- 3 + years of experience using SAP, planning, purchasing or warehouse management systems.

RSREMD

Pay Range for this position: $84,200.00 - $126,400.00

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
