Brand and Customer Manager Oncology (m/f/d)

Position Overview

- Responsibility for marketing of a various product or product portfolio & services
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our products and services, while also working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company's goals and values
- Support marketing projects including analysis, strategy and business plan development, implementation of omnichannel campaigns and expense management delegated to her/ him
- Ensure all activities are driven by highest ethical and compliance standards

Primary Activities

Strategy development:

- Driving execution of marketing activities (Oncology events, Congresses etc.) and innovating projects, such as patient support programs
- Supporting the Commercial Operations Lead with development of oncology professional materials and campaigns
- Working with Marketing teams to develop digital content that contributes to the overall Oncology strategy
- Supporting the business through digital media planning and optimization
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms
- Collaborating with agencies, and third parties to optimize digital performance, user experience and resultso Driving digital innovation & commercial experimentation
- Potentially acting as the “scrum master” for complex, pan-tumor projects that are implemented through Agile methodology
- Ensuring strong cross functional collaboration

Market understanding

- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and new product launches and use this information to adjust marketing strategies as needed

Customer focus:

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, PAGs and key opinion leaders in the industry
- Close collaboration with selected HCPs to collect feedback on current initiatives , gain customer insights, plans individual visits with relevant stakeholders aimed at co-developing materials or implementing specific programs, participation at national, regional or local congresses or our own events where appropriate in alignment with Franchise lead

Cross functional collaboration:

- Participating in or leading cross-functional workstreams of different nature

Qualifications

Education:

- University Degree or above, preferably in business or life sciences (e.g. marketing, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine);

Skills Required:

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through agile working principles
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and marketing guidelines.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, PPC advertising, SEO, and content marketing
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics to inform strategy
- Proven ability to understand & learn science and translate it into messages
- Ability to develop and manage professional relationships, networking & to navigate within matrix organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages and content
- Understanding of customer behavior and the ability to develop customer personas to inform marketing strategy
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and the ability to manage customer data effectively.
- General knowledge of website design and development, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical / compliance, ComOps, DDAL
- German & English proficiencies
- Strong MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) expertise

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 67.600,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
