Your Key Areas of Responsibility

- You collaborate with senior architects and consultants to design innovative, effective, and customized solutions that address clients' technology challenges in the energy sector.
- You build and maintain client relationships , understanding their requirements and contributing to successful solution delivery—from first workshop to go-live.
- You conduct in-depth analysis —translating business data, market processes, and technical constraints into actionable insights and solution recommendations.
- You support project delivery , ensuring deliverables are on track, risks are flagged early, and quality standards are met across agile delivery cycles.
- You work closely with cross-functional teams —business analysts, developers, data engineers, and infrastructure specialists—to ensure seamless project execution.
- You contribute to proposals and client engagements , helping shape RFP responses, architecture reviews, and innovation workshops.

Your Profile

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- You have 4+ years of relevant IT experience , with at least 1+ year in a consulting or advisory role, ideally in the Energy & Utilities sector (DSO, TSO, energy retailer, or meter operator).
- You have a solid understanding of consulting methodologies , project delivery, and industry trends in the energy domain.
- You are familiar with technologies such as Microsoft Azure , SAP , MECOMS/Dynamics , or platforms like Siemens EnergyIP , ATRIAS , or Synergrid, or you are eager to develop deep expertise in these.
- You are a continuous learner , motivated to stay ahead of industry developments and grow your technical and advisory capabilities.
- You possess strong analytical and communication skills , comfortable presenting to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, Dutch, or French with willingness to work across Belgium's multilingual energy market.

Nice to Have

- An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master in Engineering or Computer Science)
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF Foundation , Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) , Certified Scrum Master / SAFe , or Prince2 Foundation
