What you will do

The Professional Sales & Marketing Lead, Retail Pharmacy will lead the strategy and execution of integrated healthcare professional (HCP) engagement across retail pharmacy, for priority customer partners.

This role is accountable for strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding HCP influence and unlocking pharmacy-led growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. As pharmacists play an increasingly active role in patient care and decision-making, this position will be critical in shaping how Kenvue engages, educates, and partners across the ecosystem.

Working cross-functionally with HCP Leads, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and external stakeholders, the role will drive high-impact programs including pharmacy partnerships, pharmacist education, and pharmacy conference engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

HCP Retail Pharmacy Strategy

- Define and lead HCP engagement strategy across retail pharmacy priority customers
- Shape how Kenvue’s portfolio integrates into pharmacist-led care pathways, aligning to evolving scope of practice and patient needs
- Identify opportunities to address both primary and complementary conditions across the patient journey, enabling cross-portfolio solutions through pharmacy engagement
- Embed HCP Pharmacy strategy into annual joint business planning with priority customers, aligning with HCP engagement goals and brand priorities
- Partner with Medical Affairs / Medical Education to translate clinical insights into practical, pharmacy-relevant recommendations
- Shape holistic portfolio strategies that enable pharmacists to recommend Kenvue solutions across need states
- Continuously assess emerging pharmacist roles (e.g., prescribing, expanding minor ailments) to evolve engagement strategies and ensure relevance in practice
- Identify and advance opportunities, partnering with external pharmacy stakeholders and technology providers, to integrate Kenvue brands into pharmacy prescribing and decision-support systems

Retail Pharmacy Conferences & Events

- Lead planning & activation of strategic retail pharmacy conferences and industry events across key retail banners in collaboration with Sales
- Establish retail pharmacy conference and event KPIs & measure and optimize engagement impact, reach and ROI

HCP Retail Program Partnership & Activation

- In collaboration with Sales, develop an annual calendar of HCP-facing pharmacy partnership programs across priority retailers and need states
- Design and scale HCP activations that enhance pharmacist, patient support and brand advocacy to drive product purchase intent / conversion
- Define upfront clear program KPIs and monitor program effectiveness, continuously improving based on insights and feedback

HCP Pharmacy Education Program Execution

- Collaborate with healthcare professional leads to identify pharmacy educational gaps and deliver solutions that support improved patient care
- Partner with Medical Education & Scientific Liason to deploy CME initiatives for pharmacists and pharmacy staff, ensuring compliant and impactful content
- Assess program effectiveness through defined metrics

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial roles
- Demonstrated experience executing with HCP activation with retail / pharmacy
- English/French bilingualism is required
- Strong understanding of HCP marketing, pharmacy operations, and healthcare ecosystem
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
- Experience managing complex partnerships and vendor relationships
- People leadership experience of at least 3 years
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and performance tracking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$108,700.00 - $158,700.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
