CRM Integration Developer | Java Developer | Deloitte Digital

- 5+ years of professional experience in integration development or backend engineering
- Strong experience with integration frameworks and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, Kong, Apache Camel, Boomi, or similar technologies
- Experience integrating CRM, customer engagement, and SaaS platforms
- Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, JWT, API security, and API lifecycle management
- Experience designing and supporting event-driven architectures and asynchronous integrations
- Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot or similar backend technologies
- Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native integration architectures
- Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Fluent English communication skills

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical reviews and knowledge sharing
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable integration code and configurations
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to integration strategy and best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for integration services
- Support cloud-native integration deployments in AWS and Kubernetes environments
- Improve integration observability, monitoring, logging, reliability, and performanceImplement and maintain API gateways, integration patterns, and orchestration workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect internal and external customer-facing systemsIntegrate CRM, marketing automation, customer engagement, and SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Creatio, and related systems
- Develop and manage integrations using platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, Kong, or similar integration technologies
- Build and optimize API-based integrations, event-driven workflows, and middleware services
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions across customer ecosystem platforms and enterprise applications
