About this role

- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative and personal assistance experience, preferably with a multinational company
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent English and Serbian written and verbal communication skills
- High-level computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and typing skills
- Structured and flexible way of thinking and working, good priority-setting skills

Deloitte is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our professionals and help ensure the efficient operation of our office:

- Providing high-level administrative and personal assistant support to the assigned leaders/managers and the members of the department
- Support for internal risk procedure, legal reviews, and client/engagement onboarding
- Help with the coordination of new hire onboarding activities
- Support practice management activities related to clients, talent, and financial performance management and tracking
- Carrying out and managing the administration of various systems
- Supporting the complete management process of the department from an administrative perspective
- Keeping regular contact with other departments
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
