Key Responsibilities

- Operational Execution: Support operations across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing planning, facilities, export control and project management.

- Process Optimization: Establish, streamline, and maintain agile, resilient operational processes that scale alongside aircraft program development milestones.

- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Leadership to ensure smooth cross-departmental workflows and short execution feedback loops.

- Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, mitigate supply chain or resource risks, and execute swift solution roadmaps.

Qualifications

- Operations Background: Experience or degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields in high-tech or complex manufacturing environments.

- Drive & Ownership: High degree of initiative, comfort with ambiguity, strong execution focus, and a passion for solving hard operational problems.

- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong capability in operational tracking tools, process mapping, and clear data-driven decision-making.

- Languages: Fluency in English and French is an asset.
