The Role: Events Coordinator

Location: Remote / Hybrid (1 day per week in Mechelen would be advantageous)

5 months Fixed-Term

The Role:

We are currently seeking an  Events Coordinator  on a permanent basis. As the Events Coordinator, your primary goal is to turn business-to-business events, activations, stands, and road shows into unforgettable experiences and to support our instore presence via external merchandising teams for all our brands & product groups. The events you put together alongside the wider marketing team include but are not limited to; commercial conferences, trade shows, social events etc.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for Events and prior experience in this space. Due to the nature of the role, there will be travel incurred. The ideal candidate will be based in the Flanders region and happy commuting to our Mechelen Head Office 2/3 times per month.

What are we looking for?

- Prior experience in an events focused coordination capacity
- Languages: Professional English and Dutch with basic-proficient French
- Flexibility to travel and a clean driving license
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Effective communicator - both internally and externally
