We are looking for an Energy Analyst Europe to join our European Energy team . In this role, you will provide market analysis, forecasting, and data-driven insights to support the European Energy Team in energy strategy and operational decision-making across Europe . Working closely with operations and business teams, you will help optimize energy performance, support renewable energy initiatives, and contribute to our sustainability+ and decarbonization goals.

What you will do

- Provide energy market analysis, forecasting, reporting, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to optimize energy costs, efficiency, and carbon performance across European operations.
- Support energy procurement, renewable energy projects, and energy risk management initiatives.
- Monitor energy market and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
- Develop dashboards, models, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement and support business decisions.
- Collaborate with operations and other cross-functional stakeholders to implement energy strategies and deliver operational improvements.

What we are looking for

- Bachelor's degree in an economic, engineering, or other relevant discipline.
- An interest in European energy markets, energy procurement, and risk management.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and business insights.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and/or Python.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive topics forward in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, and sustainability teams.
- Curiosity and eagerness to develop technical knowledge of industrial production processes and energy systems.
- Strong communication skills in English ; additional European languages are a plus.
