Job Responsibilities

Assembly

Collect required inputs from Design department for assembly of the project
Make assembly plan, discuss with Project Manager & execute the same
Daily review of assembly plan and update the status to Project Manager
Vendor follow up for on time delivery of shortage / rejected material
Escalate the concerns or delays if any with backup plan
Assembly manpower management
Ensure standard & safe assembly practices
Check the assemblies as per the assembly / GA drawings for completeness
Support Quality department in inspection activities
Coordinating with controls team for power ON activity

Long Description

Trials & Buy off

Collect the trial parts along with inspection reports from customer
Highlight the deviations if any in trial parts
Take dry run trials of the system
Conduct welding / assembly trials with part
Prepare the sang list during Buy off with customer
Close all the sang points and communicate to PM or customer
Dismantling the system after customer approval
Packing & dispatch management

Job Requirements

Qualification: Diploma/B.E.(Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience: 5 to 10 years in Assembly and I&C of assembly systems, welding systems, robotic cell, handling systems, SPMs, EOL testing

Additional requirements:

- Good technical knowledge

- Hands on experience of Assembly and I&C of assembly and welding systems

- Experience in automotive as well as non-automotive industry
