The Role

As Strategic Partner Manager for the Nordics, you will own and grow a portfolio of established partners, including Telia, Telenor, Atea and Exobe, while identifying and recruiting new high-potential partners across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

This is a commercially focused role combining strategic partner management with new partner development. You will strengthen executive and operational relationships, create joint business plans, activate partner sales teams and convert partnerships into measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.

The Role

As Strategic Partner Manager for the Nordics, you will own and grow a portfolio of established partners, including Telia, Telenor, Atea and Exobe, while identifying and recruiting new high-potential partners across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

This is a commercially focused role combining strategic partner management with new partner development. You will strengthen executive and operational relationships, create joint business plans, activate partner sales teams and convert partnerships into measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Grow Strategic Partner Relationships

- Own, develop and grow a portfolio of existing strategic partners across the Nordics, including Telia, Telenor, Atea and Exobe.

- Create and execute joint business plans with clear targets for pipeline, revenue, enablement, accreditation and go-to-market activity.

- Build trusted relationships across partner organisations, including executive, sales, marketing, technical, service and alliance stakeholders.

- Run regular partner performance reviews and provide clear updates and forecasts to leadership.

Recruit and Activate New Partners

- Develop and execute a Nordic partner recruitment strategy aligned to AnywhereNow’s ideal partner profile and regional growth priorities.

- Identify, qualify, recruit and onboard partners across the Microsoft Teams, contact centre, UCaaS, CCaaS, managed services, telecoms and customer experience ecosystem.

- Manage prospective partners from initial engagement through business case, due diligence, contracting, onboarding, accreditation and activation.

- Create compelling value propositions that explain how AnywhereNow complements a partner’s portfolio and creates mutual commercial value.

Turn Partnerships Into Commercial Outcomes

- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through account mapping, opportunity identification, co-selling and structured follow-up.

- Partner with regional Sales teams and Microsoft stakeholders to support joint account planning and new opportunity creation.

- Track partner performance, recruitment progress, activation, pipeline, revenue contribution, risks and blockers through CRM and agreed dashboards.

How You Will Collaborate

- Work with Partner Enablement and Solution Engineering to build partner sales, pre-sales, implementation and support capability.

- Collaborate with Marketing on joint campaigns, events, customer advocacy, lead generation and market development.

- Ensure AnywhereNow is positioned accurately and consistently within partner portfolios.

- Support partner agreements and commercial discussions with Legal, Finance and relevant internal stakeholders.

- Represent AnywhereNow at partner meetings, Microsoft ecosystem events, conferences and industry networking opportunities across the Nordics.

What Success Looks Like

- Established strategic partners have focused joint plans, executive alignment and active sales engagement.

- New high-potential partners are recruited, onboarded, accredited and activated against a clear regional strategy.

- Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue are visible, measurable and growing.

- Partner sales and technical teams can position, sell, build and support AnywhereNow solutions effectively.

- Leadership receives reliable forecasts, performance updates and clear visibility of risks and blockers.

Experience and Skills

- 8+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, business development or technology sales.

- Proven experience managing and growing strategic partners, ideally across more than one Nordic market.

- Proven experience identifying, recruiting, onboarding and activating new partners.

- A demonstrable track record of creating partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.

- Strong understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem, ideally including Microsoft Teams, Modern Work, Teams Phone, contact centre, UCaaS, CCaaS or customer experience solutions.

- Experience working with telecoms providers, systems integrators, Microsoft partners, managed service providers, resellers, VARs or specialist contact centre partners.

- Ability to build and execute partner business plans with clear commercial targets and measurable outcomes.

- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and navigating large, complex partner organisations.

- Strong value proposition and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex technology clearly.

- Experience using CRM systems to manage partner activity, pipeline, forecasting and reporting.

- Commercial confidence, including experience supporting agreements, negotiations and joint go-to-market planning.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Partner Success, Customer Success and leadership.

Practical Requirements

- Fluent English is essential. Fluency in Swedish or another Nordic language is strongly preferred.

- Willingness to travel regularly across the Nordics and occasionally to other European locations.

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
