Job Purpose
- To research and issue all customer requests for material return; coordinate returns to vendors
Essential Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries related to RMAs, RTVAs, and returns.
- Process and issue customer credits and vendor debits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify all available information to ensure the returned product matches product shipped to/from Smith and Associates.
- Respond to accounting inquiries and provide supporting documentation as needed.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly RMA/RTVA reports
- Track return material movement and ensure proper documentation is maintained for audits and internal controls.
- Assist with routine and scheduled cycle counts to validate stock accuracy.
- Utilize internal databases to ensure physical inventory aligns with system-recorded locations and quantities.
- Collaborate with Inventory, Receiving, Logistics, QC , Accounting, Legal and other departments to support day‑to‑day activities.
- Provide backup support for other functions within the Operations team as needed.

Experience
- At least 2 years of proven warehouse experience in an all-around role, specifically within the electronics or IT parts industry .
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to detect physical defects in components.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- The ability to lift up to 15kg.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is a plus.
- Knowledge of the electronics distribution field is a bonus.
