Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

Join our team within the Automotive Microcontroller division and support
data-driven innovation through Data Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation
initiatives.

- Analytics Solutions:  Maintain  and  enhance  dashboards, reports, and data-driven applications
- Data Analysis and Interpretation:  Analyze  business data and identify opportunities for informed decision-making
- AI  and Agentic  AI :  Support  the evaluation, development, testing, and adoption of relevant AI-based solutions
- Data Quality:  Perform  data validation, testing, and monitoring activities to ensure reliable reporting
- Process Automation:  Help  optimize and automate
recurring business and analytics processes
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:  Document  data sources, workflows,
dashboards, and best practices to improve maintainability and knowledge sharing
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Work  closely with business
stakeholders and technical experts on analytics and digitalization initiatives
- Ownership and Professional Growth:  Contribute  to independent work packages while continuously learning about Data Analytics, AI, and emerging technologies

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Study field:  You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's
degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering,
Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- Programming
& data skills:  You
have a solid foundation in Python and SQL and enjoy working with data to solve
real-world problems
- Analytics
& visualization:  You
are familiar with data analytics concepts and ideally have initial experiences
with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
- AI mindset:  You are enthusiastic about Artificial Intelligence
and emerging technologies, with a strong interest in exploring practical AI
applications
- Way of
working:  You have a structured,
analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning
and problem-solving
- Documentation
& quality:  You appreciate the
importance of documentation, data quality, and maintainable solutions in a
professional environment
- Collaboration:  You enjoy working in a collaborative environment
and feel comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Technical curiosity:  Familiarity with Git, Jupyter Notebooks, automation tools, or data
pipelines is considered a plus
- Language skills : You have very good English communication skills, both written and
spoken. German is a plus

Important   information:

- Working
part-time : The focus is on
studies. That’s why working as a student employee during the lecture period is
limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper
students (according to the German law) are welcome : To work as a student employee with us, you must be
enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules
for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look
forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You
should live close to the site : For
good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office
regularly and integrate into the team .
