About this role
We are currently hiring Packers who will be trained and developed into Assemblers . This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare finished products for shipment
- Learn and transition into assembly responsibilities
- Use hand and power tools to assemble products
- Handle and move materials throughout the work area
- Perform frequent heavy lifting
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
Requirements:
- Previous hand and power tool experience is required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Reliable and able to work a full-time, on-site schedule
- Willingness to learn and develop into an Assembler role
