About the role:

The Restaurant Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, personalized, and professional service to guests in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

The Server creates memorable moments through genuine hospitality, in-depth menu knowledge, and seamless service execution while ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

What you will do:

- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
- Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages according to Four Seasons service standards.
- Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Monitor tables throughout the dining experience to anticipate guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations.
- Set up and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
- Process guest bills and payments accurately.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Follow grooming and appearance guidelines at all times.
- Support colleagues and assist other sections during busy periods.
- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Promote Four Seasons standards of luxury hospitality and personalized service.
- Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business and guest loyalty.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

What you bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
