Media Manager (12 Month Contract)

Working in the dynamic environment of Four Seasons global headquarters, the Manager will be an integral member of the world-class integrated media team that builds a unified understanding of the guest and connects paid media executions to it across all global regions and the lines of business that drive Four Seasons property revenue.

Reporting to the Director, Americas and supporting all regions (AMER, EMEA and APAC), the Media Manager will build the Single View of Guest framework for paid media and own the success of its execution across regions. The role oversees the lines of business that drive property revenue streams – Rooms, Restaurants & Bars, Spa & Wellness, Wedding and Meetings & Events – connecting how paid media investment in each influences guest behavior and total property performance. The Media Manager will identify cross-business opportunities for Four Seasons properties, reduce duplicated or competing investment globally against the same guest, and translate guest insights into media plans that drive incremental value at the property level.

As part of this role, he/she/they will manage stakeholders such as but not limited to regional and property marketing teams across AMER, EMEA and APAC, line of business marketing and operations leads, guest data and analytics teams, the Corporate Paid Media COE, paid media agencies, external platforms, and any data and measurement partners. Channels in scope include but are not limited to search, social, display, video, programmatic and MetaSearch – executing a multi-channel, audience-led strategy and analysis. He/she/they will oversee audience governance, crossline of business media guidelines and measurement standards – yielding consistency between media investment, guest priorities and property outcomes in every region. He/she/they will demonstrate deep subject matter expertise in data-driven media, identity and measurement; knowledge of the global media and privacy landscape a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

SVOG Framework Build & Ownership

- Build and own the Single View of Guest (SVOG) framework for paid media, defining the guest journey, audience, measurement and governance standards that connect media to guests across all regions and property lines of business.

- Set the SVOG roadmap, milestones and success metrics, and report progress to the Director, Americas and Commercial leadership.

- Manage the property paid media cluster framework (campaigns dedicated to properties in the same geographic location) and evolving it within SVOG frameworks.

- Map guest overlap and journey intersections across Rooms, Restaurants & Bars, Spa & Wellness, and Weddings, Meetings & Events to identify cross-sell, upsell and repeat-visit opportunities.

- Establish guidelines for audience sequencing, frequency and suppression across lines of business so guests experience one coherent Four Seasons voice.

- Partner with Owned & Earned teams to connect SVOG insights to integrated ideas and channel activations across communication vehicles.

Cross-Regional SVOG Execution

- Lead the rollout of the SVOG framework across AMER, EMEA and APAC, adapting for regional market, platform and privacy differences while protecting global consistency.

- Partner with regional and property marketing teams to embed SVOG standards into regional media plans.

- Track and report regional adoption and performance against SVOG success metrics, identifying gaps and driving corrective action.

- Share learnings and best practices across regions, building SVOG playbooks and training for regional teams.

Property Lines of Business & Revenue Impact

- Oversee paid media alignment across the lines of business that drive property revenue streams – Rooms, Restaurants & Bars, Spa & Wellness, and Weddings, Meetings & Events.

- Connect paid media investment across these lines of business to total property outcomes, including direct bookings, room revenue, and outlet, spa and event revenue.

- Build crossline of business media recommendations that balance Masterbrand, property and line of business priorities, reducing duplication and competing investment against the same guest.

- Identify where Masterbrand and line of business campaigns lift or cannibalize property demand, and recommend budget, flighting and channel adjustments.

- Develop property-facing enablement – playbooks, audience toolkits and reporting views – that make crossline of business media actionable for property teams.

Audience, Data & Identity Strategy

- Lead first-party audience strategy for paid media in partnership with CRM, Guest Data and Digital teams, activating guest segments across media partners.

- Innovate first-, second- and third-party data strategies to build into each media plan across lines of business and regions.

- Define a shared audience taxonomy and segmentation standards to create, actively manage and optimize audiences in partnership with media agencies (where applicable) across media partners.

- Partner on data use cases to enable privacy-safe matching, activation and measurement.

- Ensure audience use complies with regional consent, privacy and data governance standards in partnership with Legal, Privacy and IT.

Measurement, Analytics & Reporting

- Build the SVOG measurement framework that connects media exposure to guest actions and property revenue, including attribution, incrementality and marketing mix model inputs.

- Partner with the data/analytics team to develop unified dashboards showing paid media performance by region, guest segment, line of business and property.

- Analyze multiple sources of revenue data across Adobe Analytics, booking data, and search and social platforms to surface actionable insights.

- Design and run a test-and-learn agenda (holdouts, geo tests, lift studies) to validate crossline of business hypotheses across regions.

- Create insights and lead wrap-up reports that inform future year planning and forecasting across regions and lines of business.

Media Platform & Partner Management

- Manage agency partner(s) across regions to deliver on SVOG KPIs, including audience onboarding, campaign trafficking and setup across paid digital and social instances.

- Lead audience, data and measurement conversations with key platform partners, including clean room and data collaboration capabilities within joint business plans.

- Manage corporate scorecard metrics and measure SVOG performance tied to key Commercial KPIs by region.

- Support invoice & actualization management for SVOG-related investment with agencies and Four Seasons Finance.

- Develop cross-line of business media plan governance and change management across all internal & external touchpoints.

Innovation & AI Enablement

- Outline AI enablement across audience modeling, predictive segments (e.g., propensity, guest lifetime value) and media optimization.

- Evaluate emerging identity, measurement and data partnership solutions and recommend pilots for Four Seasons.

- Monitor industry shifts – signal loss, privacy regulation and platform changes – and recommend adaptations to the SVOG framework.
