Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is growing in New Jersey, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to join our management team in Freehold!

What You’ll Do
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be a key member of the restaurant management team and help ensure smooth, efficient operations throughout each shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and support Team Members during daily restaurant operations
- Help maintain efficient restaurant operations and high service standards
- Train, coach, and develop Team Members
- Lead by example and create a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and build strong relationships with guests
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure Freddy’s standards for Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness are consistently met
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained restaurant
- Assist with the proper operation and maintenance of restaurant equipment
- Communicate effectively with guests, Team Members, and management
- Support restaurant leadership with achieving operational goals
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of restaurant supervisory or management experience
- Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-casual, or quick-service restaurant is preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to accept coaching and feedback
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform other physical tasks required in a restaurant environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members to maintain a safe working environment
