Job Details:

The Specialist Marketing role at Tyson Foods is a dynamic position that encompasses responsibilities in either our Brand Marketing or Digital Marketing departments. This role is pivotal in enhancing the company's brand presence and driving digital initiatives. The Specialist will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Platform Ownership (ATR – Asset-to-Ready)

- Serve as the primary owner of the ATR platform, driving adoption across brand and marketing teams
- Identify, document, and escalate platform bugs; manage resolution timelines in partnership with IT
- Build and maintain the ATR product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements based on user needs and business impact
- Partner with IT and platform vendors to scope new features, integrations, and system improvements

AI Creative Production & Scaling

- Rapidly generate, scale, and version advertising creative assets across owned, earned, and paid channels using AI tools
- Translate creative briefs into AI-driven production workflows that reduce reliance on agency partners and lower non-working media spend
- Produce high-volume asset variations to support A/B and multivariate testing across channels
- Iterate quickly on creative direction based on stakeholder and brand feedback, delivering polished revisions on tight turnarounds

Governance & Brand/Legal Compliance

- Establish and maintain tracking systems through Adobe Workfront to ensure all AI-generated assets receive required legal and brand approvals prior to publication
- Build quality-control checkpoints to prevent low-quality or off-brand ("AI slop") assets from reaching the marketplace
- Maintain source of truth in Adobe Workfront of asset approval status, usage rights, and version history

Data-Driven Optimization

- Partner with the CDP/data team to identify consumer and operator segments for targeted asset testing
- Use performance and engagement data to inform creative iteration, versioning priorities, and channel-specific asset strategy
- Report on asset performance and testing outcomes to inform future creative production priorities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as a liaison between brand marketing, agency partners, IT, and legal/compliance teams to streamline creative workflows
- Stay current on emerging AI creative tools and techniques, proactively recommending new applications to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency
- Represent creative capacity and constraints in cross-functional planning discussions

Requirements:

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or relevant work.

Skills and Competencies

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

May require travel 1-2 times per year.
