The Opportunity
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where every detail matters? As a Print & Mail Services Representative, you'll play an essential role in keeping critical business communications moving across AMA.
This role is responsible for the daily execution of mail processing, distribution, document management production, shipping and receiving, and post-print production activities including bindery and fulfillment. Working as part of an integrated mail services and print production team, you'll help ensure business-critical documents and materials are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time for teams across the Association.
You'll be at the centre of the workflow that supports employees, members, and customers, ensuring the smooth delivery of important communications while maintaining exceptional service standards every step of the way
*This role is for a 6-month opportunity with the possibility of extension.*

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Process incoming and outgoing Canada Post mail, courier shipments, and internal correspondence, ensuring accurate tracking, sorting, and distribution.
- Support document management and print production activities, including file processing, printing, insertion, fulfillment, collation, and distribution.
- Help ensure service level agreements are met through the timely processing and production of business-critical documents and materials.
- Coordinate with staff, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to support efficient service delivery and materials management.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities when required to support broader Business Services operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient production environment.
- Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs to ensure accurate and professional output.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed to support uninterrupted operations.
What You Bring to the Table
- High school diploma.
- Strong ability to manage multiple service requests and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong computer proficiency, including willingness to learn business-specific software and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
- Knowledge of logistics and workflow management processes.
- Experience working in a production management, print production, mail services, logistics, or similar operational environment would be an asset.
You'll get bonus points if you have:
- Experience operating and maintaining mail processing, insertion, folding, bindery, or related production equipment.
- Knowledge of Canada Post products and services
