Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with 4–6 years of experience in Agile software delivery and enterprise application development. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, managing product backlogs, and working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical dependencies.
- Convert business requirements into technical features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams to define solution requirements.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support UAT, release readiness, and product launches.
- Ensure requirements include functional and non-functional expectations such as security, performance, scalability, and reliability.

- CI/CD and DevOps Practices
- Platform Modernization and Digital Transformation Experience

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
